These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service, including any content, functionality, and deliverables. By creating an Account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you must not use the Service.

By subscribing to QusaiQ or accessing the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein).
If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, QusaiQ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right during the subscription term to access and use the Service (including the QBV™ reports) solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. QusaiQ reserves all rights not expressly granted.
QusaiQ offers three pricing tiers (billed monthly with a minimum 6-month contract period):
Payment Terms:
You understand and agree that QusaiQ has the right to change our Payment Terms as needed, with appropriate notice provided to you, for your consent.
Cancellation:
You may cancel at any time after the initial 6-month contract term. Cancellations are managed via your Account settings and are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
You shall not:
Clients are responsible for submitting accurate data, including revenues, profit margins, projected revenues, competitor lists, and account manager details.
By submitting data, you grant QusaiQ an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to:

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents, authorizations, and rights for any personal data contained in the data you submit, and your use of the Service will comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA where applicable).
QusaiQ will implement and maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data.
The Service, Content, QBV™, QSSS™, BRP™, and Proprietary Methodology are owned by QusaiQ and protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited license to use QBV™ reports for internal business purposes only. You may not:
The Service incorporates third-party and Client-provided data. All Content and reports are provided "as is," without warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, or reliability.
QusaiQ does not guarantee that QBV™ metrics are error-free or suitable for investment or business decisions. Clients must conduct independent verification.
All financial information (including revenues, projected revenues, profit margin, and Brand Responsibility Percentage™), as well as all information regarding competitors and social media accounts for each 'Brand', has been provided by, or reviewed and accepted by you, the Account holder. You, The Account holder, are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all such data supplied to QusaiQ. QusaiQ's analyses and reports are derived from this submitted data and do not constitute independently audited or verified financial information.
You may submit suggestions, enhancement requests or other feedback ("Feedback"). QusaiQ may freely use, reproduce, license or otherwise exploit any such Feedback for any purpose without any obligation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
Upon termination, QusaiQ may permanently delete your data unless otherwise required by law. At your written request prior to deletion, QusaiQ may provide a data export in a standard format, subject to applicable fees.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Tennessee, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
