Who We Are:
QusaiQ, Inc. ("QusaiQ," "we," "us") provides a subscription SaaS platform for monthly brand valuation reports (QBV™). We act as a business/controller for our website and account data, and typically as a service provider/processor for Client-submitted datasets. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices and your rights.
A. Directly from you: name, business email, phone, job title, employer/brand, login credentials, billing contact, subscription tier, and support communications.
B. Platform/Device Data: we may collect your IP address, identifiers, browser/device type, usage logs, and diagnostic data.
C. Client-Submitted "Brand Data": brand financials (revenues, projected revenues, profit margins), Brand Responsibility Percentage™ (BRP™), competitor lists, and public social media handles linked to the brand.
D. Public/Third-Party Sources: reviews, articles, employment sites, social media, and licensed datasets.
E. Sensitive Personal Information: not intentionally collected.
F. Other or additional data may be collected as needed to improve the QusaiQ service; we reserve the right to update the categories and data options as needed.
We use data to provide, secure, and bill for the Service; generate QBV™ reports and analytics; improve features; communicate; detect and prevent security incidents; comply with law; and enforce our Terms.
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases include Contract, Legitimate Interests, Consent (for cookies/marketing), and Legal Obligation (compliance).
QusaiQ does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by CPRA. If this changes, we will provide opt-out options.

We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymize data, or provide an export upon written request (fees may apply).
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No system is entirely secure. We utilize third-party services such as AWS or others to secure the data.
Depending on the location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict data. To exercise rights, contact Info@QusaiQ.com. We verify all requests before responding. We do not discriminate against people who exercise their rights.
California (CPRA): You have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/share of data. Non-discrimination applies.
GDPR (EEA/UK): We do NOT offer QusaiQ services in the EEA/UK at this time. If you are utilizing QusaiQ in either of these locations, you do so of your own volition, and you agree to hold QusaiQ harmless for any claims.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact Info@QusaiQ.com if you believe a child has submitted information.
We use cookies and similar technologies for performance, analytics, and security. Manage cookies in your browser settings. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
Where applicable, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. Contact Info@QusaiQ.com for details. We do NOT offer QusaiQ services outside of the USA at this time.
If you are utilizing QusaiQ outside of the USA, you do so of your own volition, and you agree to hold QusaiQ harmless for any claims.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they submit and must obtain necessary consents for personal data.
We do not sell personal information under Nevada law. For California, we do not share information for third-party marketing.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with an effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
